A. RECRUITMENT:
I. Who can apply:
1. Men: Age: from 18 to 50 years old, height above 1.60m, weight above 50kg; Women: Age: from 18 to 50 years old, height above 1.58m, weight above 45kg.
2. Education: High school upwards.
3. Health: Normal health, have no infectious disease and tattoo…..
4. Political quality: have no previous convictions, or social evils
5. Special priority for individuals who undergone the military service, or was a policeman, or have pratising certificates of security service, speak foreign languages.
6. Deposit: 1,000,000VNĐ. This deposit will be paid back after 06 months.

- Employees are entitled to certain rights under Vietnamese Labor Law: Health Insurance, Social Insurance, allowance in housing accommodation during period of working for the Company.
- Promotion opportunities: security guards who have good performing at work will be promoted to captains or commanders .

II. Required profiles:
1. Curriculum vitae with full and clear information, do not erase, cross out or write in two different ink colors. Personal photo should be put in the top-left corner of the first page (certified by the local competent authority and sealed on the photo).
2. Certificate of Identity: personal photo put in the top-left corner of the first page, sealed and certified by Ward/Commune's Police or the Department of Justice of the province.
3. Health certificate: personal photo put in the top-left corner, sealed by the medical facilities, clinics of the district upwards.
4. High school graduation certificate upwards, or other certificates, in case of loss, provide with school reports (copy).
5. Birth certificate (copy)
6. Cover letter.
7. Household register (copy).
8. ID card (03 copies).
9. Decisions on demobilization (if undergone military service).
10. In case of lacking of profile, introducer shall write a bail bond and then submit all missing documents within 07 days.

Implementing of the Decree No.52//ND-CP dated on 22nd April, 2008 and Circular No.45/2009/TT-BCA dated on 14th July, 2009 on Business Security Management, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT ON SOCIAL ORDER.

With  the decision No. 385/C64 (P3) on April 20th 2011 issued by THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT ON SOCIAL ORDER, Dai An Security Service Company - one of very few security companies in Vietnam is allowed to train Security guards through an approved curriculum . At the end of the course, Dai An Security Service Company will report to THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT ON SOCIAL ORDER for testing and certification.
